Beautiful. I've recently been taking out my ETX-70 as well, and observing a lot.

These shots are just some stacked images with a Nikon D50 and a 200mm lens though:
Pleiades
Orion Nebula
I really hate light pollution.

the moon last night.haloed up,lol

stars,clouds and halos and moon with no detail
or moon in good detail and no clouds,stars and halos,one or the other,lol

i was trying to get pleidies cupped in the moon,but lighting was incapable.
darn,lol

I went out last night specifically to see it and guess what.... overcast!
