I need this video of the UFO that falls, bounces, bounces again and then shatters into billions of peaces. also ..would like to know who the author is for permission to use this video for creative purposes.

What is the story on copy rights for any of these video's ? I wish to respect the use of anything media rights if I can.

Here's the link on youtube for the video you wanted, at least I think it's the one you wanted. Don't know about the copyrights, you may need to check with youtube or the person who uploaded it to youtube.
