People will see this and automatically think the dog is 100% at fault. In this case Kyle was thrusting her head forward while talking (teeth exposed which is coincidentally the area bitten) and rubbing the dog's face which was taken as a challenge. Notice that the dog gave only a brief defensive snap and not an offensive lunge for the jugular. The dog is an Argentine dogo.
