Pakistan's Arms Policy... LICENSE FREE ARMS FOR EVERYONE!

We have seen recently that Pakistan has been at the epicentre of all terror activities and it has a very interesting policy with respect to arms... SEE THIS VIDEO and leave your comments! This video is not against Pakistan or anyone else, but i think the policy SHOULD change and should force people to obtain licenses to procure arms!! The lack of licenses for arms is resulting in arms landing in the wrong hands. This video is an extract from Himalayas, a series produced by the BBC and hosted by travel expert Michael Palin
