copblock.org is a has many good ideas to help you smooth you relationships with law enforcement while in the public. I see this as most useful for a teenage and twenty-something demographic. I've been arrested for loitering when I wasn't loitering, stopped for basically having a ugly car, and numerous 'moving violations'. I didn't know how to fight tickets at the time and in my state each ticket is points on your drivers license. So I not only had to pay the ticket fines, but big money for increased car insurance.
