A Washington witness traveling along I-90 near Spokane Valley saw an object that appeared to be "hanging out stationary in the sky" on March 6, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

yeah mabye. but its a big balloon if it is one. and you can see it in a long distance. img if u close to it. its 2 big to be a hoax. bt then agien how knows.

Hey Aladin the text on the balloon says "safe sex" so it's a flying condom so no UFO, but Identified Flying Condom IFC :lol:
