It is a rather ruthless atmosphere in dtv these days. You cannot possibly disagree with someone and not expect them to insult you in their response to you. Well quite simply I am fed up with taking the shots and am now shooting back.

Now I do not agree with some things Dr. Jones does here but I have seen enough instances of him being jumped by multiple people here including Mr. Drextin.

Now you take that and then you see the multiple veiled threats made to me from Drex that are his comparisons of me to Dr. Jones and that indeed does imply that he seeks to drive me into the corner along with Dr. Jones. Why? Because I am under 200 posts and do not mind confronting him on his mannerisms? He seems to think his postcount matters in a place like this when really all that matters are the topics at hand and the conversations that go on within each of them. For him to think he should have some special privilage due to his post count and therefore its ok for him to speak down to anyone he desires to is akin to senators remaining in congress for far too long and beginning to think they are above everyone else and know best. The reality of the situation is that their disconnection with everyone actually causes them to become less informed.

I have yet to be called out by anyone not partaking in this nor have I ever thus I have never had to apologize. If I had though I would probably be changing my direction. What you Have proven though as that once again you have gone back on your apology and previous words.

I didn't go back on anything. I only apologized for those threads................what you are doing now is trying to fault me for being as passionate about my belief as you are yours. If I defend my stance its disruptive...........you do it and its enlightening.

Thank you for explaining it, now get rid of your attitude with me, I asked a question and was civel to you and I expect the same back. I agree with what your saying about DTV, the argumentative mood is appalling! But newbies are more than welcomed and there has only ever been one person on DTV that has been concerned about post counts, anyone will tell you who that person is.

Look a bit closer is all I am asking, people 'jump' as you put it for a reason. You have a difference of opinion with Drex, thats fair enough but what you are accusing him of is totaly wrong hun! Your so far off the mark. Your opinion like many on here clouds judgement.

People need to learn to agree to disagree and get this place back to what it was, get back to the core issues of why we are here.
