Whatever way you look at it now, that was the excuse Britain needed. If that was a domestic or Foreign plane makes no difference. If its British "it was shot down" If its Libyan "whats it doing in the air"

BBC World Service radio just reported that the Libya rebels brought the plane down with ground fire, and yes it was a Libyan plane.

Apparently quadafadildo wants to crush the rebels before anyone gets chance to get in, and has been bombing the shit out of the rebels all morning.

looks like SU-22 fitter (first impression) Can't quite make it out. (too busy trying to see what kind of shape pilot was in ejecting!)

AJ just said it was an opposition plane shot down by Gaddafi forces. Which should make it a mig cos i'm sure they said earlier in the week that the opposition had 2 of those.
