that means they shot this guys dog for no reason, and arrested him illegally.

First of all, "First district court of appeals ruled..." prove it. First district of what?
Secondly, it wasn't him filming that got him detained. He was blasting his music and refused repeated
requests to turn it down. The officers didn't say anything to the other people there who were filming.
Finally, there are laws requiring control over one's pet which he obviously didn't adhere to.
It's his fault that dog was put in that position.
The site owner Lukas said I could show you how to makes hundreds of dollars in your spare time like I do.

it was about loud music,, you can not go crank up your tunes on ten in front of a police investigation, you dont do that to cops as much as you dont do that to a family trying to have picnic, you cant work and assest the situation if you cant even hear yourself think...

and any dog that runs barking charging a cop will die, until police are given better tools.if i was a cop i would not even risk my life take a chance with my life over a dog...

i think most of you do not realize how fast a 200 lbs rot can kill you, just 1 bite and your dead, thats all, knowing that how much would you be willing to gamble on your life?

i really hate defending this cop but i can atleast put myself in his shoes and understand why it happend, i know the strength and power of a 200 lbs rot, you can not fend it off if it grabs you,you can try but chances are if the dog wants you dead you will die.

Yes. Clearly the police felt that shooting the dog and arresting the man was easier than moving the investigation down the street a little bit. Very honorable.

Why would police move their investigation away from the scene of the crime?

do anonymous really go through with their threats of revenge or are they just shooting their mouth off.

i dont really know much about them apart from their computor hacking, but how is hacking computers going to directly effect the officer who pulled trigger.

it seemed as though anonymous were aiming their payback directly at the shooter

just askin, RRR
The more people i meet, the more i like my dog

Anonymous hasn't achieved anything. They've targeted Scientology, MPAA, RIAA, a few software firms and several political sites using outdated DOS attacks that resulted in a few minutes to a whole day of website downtime...not a big deal.

Ultimately, there's nothing they can do other than cause an occasional nuisance.
