Thats the real problem seahawk....Those cops can do just about whatever they want and the burden of proof lyes with the accused....now they have the right to jab you with a needle,,,makes no sense what so ever when there is a million other ways to determine if a person is drunk.
Here is another stupid law...this one is in Kentucky. An officer has to "witness" an assault before the cop can charge a person with it. So...I can walk down the street, beat the hell out of anyone I chose and so long as a cop doesn't see me do it or I'm caught on a camera, I cannot be charged with assault....The victim's testimony is no longer sufficient to render an assault & battery charge. I could walk into a hospital beaten and battered, receive treatment for my injuries, fill out a police report and then I would have to prove who it was that injured me. If there were no witnessing officers and no cameras around, the criminal would get away with.
More and more laws are passed that protect the criminals more than the victims and the officers enforcing those laws pick and chose which ones to enforce and which ones to break with little or no oversight.
And some people wonder why I never leave the house unarmed......

look, you can refuse either test.they cannot hold you down and forcibly take bodily fluids.
yes,you will go to jail, and lose your license for a year for non compliance.but it can work to your advantage,as it does here in colorado.
when you go to court for dui, they have no evidence against you.
no breathalizer,no blood test-no case.
it happens every day.
oh yea,FUCK THE POLICE

Sounds like, in Kentucky, that they want people to beg for more cameras. Beautiful.

In chicago, we have atc's (sounds like nazis) automated traffic control systems, which as a lot of you know, take photos of driver, license plate, record speed, and obeyance of traffic signal. The city - Mayor Daily- is making a TONNE of $$$ from them. Our major tollways have been under major re-developement over the last few years. There are massively high, unscalable "walls" built along them, for miles and miles. When most of the construction began, they mounted high-mount cameras all along the tollways, every few miles or so. They were going to use these to monitor speed in construction zones, and "crack down" on those who did not adhere to the law. The people made a huge stink over it, so they supposedly stopped using them. For now, for the time being, they just sit there, waiting. Are they on? Are they being monitored? Why are they still there, almost a year later? It's kinda creepy. I pass hundreds of them regularly, and can't help but wonder what the future holds. What's around the corner?

in 'The Wire' (Best tv show of all time) the kids throw rocks at the cameras set up around town to destroy them. People should do the same with the atc's...
