Are you triying to post that on a thread? If so you have to use the img tags( 2 boxes after font size box) and put the url in the middle.

i know im stupid but were do i find the url. the pic is on my fb account and ive looked for a url add i cant see one.my b/f has uploaded it to his dtv account but cant see an url add there either.christ were fkn thick.were is it

right click the pic. it should say copy img.url

Well you are going to have to save the picture into your hardrive(do you know how?)
And then you are going to upload it here:
http://imageshack.us/
And get the url from there.
