My husband would always just use a screwdriver to push the cork down into the bottle before I wised up and bought a corkscrew. It got the job done, but not always in a beautiful manner. lol

Your best bet is really to either get some good ol' paper books on survival, or make friends with a mountain-man. You don't need technology to operate a book.


This was meant to be fun, so joking is allowed. That second video though, Lonnie is talking some serious business there.

I did just notice that my first video was awol, so here is are some more options on how to open wine bottles with no corkscrew.
