That's all that happen's at 'death'.

The 'soul' is that energy - where it goes, or what happen's after 'death' has been debated for countless centuries.

Our 'souls' just squat in our bodies, then move on.

Where it goes, well, that's a whole new story................

actually webfeline, its not even debated, rather, more often explained, ie the bardo todol, egyptian book of the dead, vedas etc etc, the ancients knew approximately what happens to the spirit upon discarnating from the physical body in many if not even all cultures. :flop: 8-)

You guys are trying to quantify a belief (that you hold) with some scientific proof.

That "effect"/"event" can be many normal physical explainable things.
But you simply deny yourself that this may be the case.

You are close minded and already decided that it must be an otherworldly explanation.

It's just showing a difference in body heat.. nothing to do with ones soul leaving whatsoever..

What does that mean? :headscratch:

alcohell wrote:It's an interesting subject, but the "soul leaving the body" pic was grabbed from an old website that sells Infrared saunas. In my mind, knowing that makes the blog article a little less credible.

If Alcohell's statement is correct the Photograph is being used completely out of context which I also agree makes the article definitely less credible.. :flop:

Many soldiers', who have been in combat, and who have seen people die while in the midst of battle, have told strange stories about seeing a mist like substance leave the body just after death.

We have a soul. It is more akin to intelligent energy IMO. It must go somewhere. Where....who knows. Probably back to the stars where we originally came from.

well said. pretty much sums up my views on the soul and what happens at the point of death.

Is there proof it's out of the realm of possibility?
