Primary School's hit 1,000 mark

A decade ago members of the British government were telling British women to have more babies due to the low birthrate. The media were in uproar about it at the time. Here we are just over a decade later and now they're talking about primary schools with at least 1,000 pupils. The only reason that has come to be; is due to the immigration and the high birth rate of many of the immigrants that the British tax payer is paying for.

In the Dead Sea Scrolls and the law of the prophets only one in a 1,000 can stand in integrity before Joseph. So what does that say for the rest of them that are put through the sausage machine?
