Must admit I didn't know there were 8 presidents before Washington either. Tho I must admit I know very few of the P'sOTUS.

At 2.20 he is asked why he doesn't vote. But since English is not my first language, I can't really understand the answer. Anyone that did hear what he said?

He said that he is a Jehovahs Witness and that they don't vote and didn't have a dog in that race.
All that means is he does not have an opinion due to the fact that he dosen't vote ("dog in that race") and therefore not able to comment.
