Here we have another of my articles from before. This time it's a practical thing, so no boring stuff. It's all about what Jesus did. Turning water into wine, but in a more chemical way.

Well, it really is about extracting vitriol (tartaric acid) from wine. My whole house stinked of vinegar for 2 weeks because of this.
