Can't you hear all the noise(wind, traffic and children screaming). That guy's standing on a roof or something, or at least has the windows open. At least it looks like it as he's tilting the camera to film the street.

Sorry but I see these pulsating lights all the time and they are called airplanes. I live in N.Y.C and if you want to see real UFOS then visit my youtube account under VIK456.

Do your pulsating lights stay stationary, too? Just asking. Might be a plane flying straight towards the guy so it kinda looks like it's just hovering.....

Cause I see plenty of planes too, but none quite like this.....
