The Russian Prime Minister Putin says that the nuclear plant in Bushehr in Iran this summer into service. Russia is building the reactor for Iran.

The U.S. Secretary Clinton said today in Moscow that it is unwise for Iran's disposal to give a nuclear power plant. She is not convinced that Iran has only peaceful intentions with the nuclear program. She cites the statements of Prime Minister Putin premature.

Clinton negotiates in Russia on the reduction of the number of nuclear weapons. The U.S. and Russia to talk about a successor to the START treaty.
