For the past several months, the Canadian province of Quebec has been in the limelight of an immense transformation. On Tuesday night, all the tuition hike protests that took place paved the way for change in political parties. The Parti Quebecois victories provoked Richard Henry Bain to march into the arena where Premier-designate Pauline Marois' win was being celebrated and opened fire. Michael Boyer,journalist for Astral Radio, brings us the latest on the alleged gunman.
