Upload it to a hosting site liek www.tinypic.com and then come here and post it between the [img] brackets.

You may also use this site`s picture upload function.. go to the homepage and look for it somewhere on the left where it says "Upload Picture"

When you upload stuff in tinypic, there is an option that says: Resize

Change that from default to Message Board.
