I received an email on the 16th of December 2011. With a heading of "You Are Under Surveillance". I get lots of emails, mostly asking for updates on the upcoming Vol 2 of THE FOOTAGE, or sending me footage etc etc. I get many emails claiming one thing or the other, and also suggestions (my favourite being a suggestion to make a documentary on the Shape Shifting Reptilians that drink child blood) "shudder". However this one email I got stood out. Simply because it was sent to an email address that is NOT publicly connected to my documentary. So it was out of place.

Heading: "You Are Under Surveillance"

What was contained in the email was very brief and a little spooky to be honest, this is the entirety of the message.

Well I would never have even bothered replying to something like that, had it not of been for the fact that the email address of mine that received this message, has no connection to my open addresses and is only used for chatting to people connected to my research.

The people who have it are trusted beyond doubt, and there are not many.

I considered it spam, but I did something odd, I replied to it. After quickly checking that the address was not hostile and there was no malicious software attached to destinations and all related packets. It did not appear to be a mass spam email as it had non of the characteristics. It certainly seemed directed at me personally, and certainly was not sent via infection from any contacts of my few contacts connected to it.

So I sent back.

Really ?, how so ? May I ask how you got this email address ?

No reply, not a peep.

Until today.

When I was sent back a list of people I have been talking to. (nothing else just a list). All of whom were listed were connected to my research. There were twelve names on that list, some of the people I have not communicated with since mid 2008 or earlier, - who were not even communicated with on that email address -. Yet there they were on that list.

I have reported the user address (obviously), now regulars on here will know that I said I received threats from individuals who claim to be a part of anonymous (mainly due in part to a very critical and truthful posting of mine on this forum) which apparently got the attention of some involved.

So there is the hacking aspect. This site was and is undergoing a semi constant attack from dubious scripters. There is nothing in my system, and if there is ever a break in it falls into a "Dark Hole"

The threats sent to me were nothing to harsh they basically boiled down to childish name calling, this is one of the three I received...

All three were sent to my email account connected to my documentary. I also suspect they were accounts connected to the same individual (well I say suspect), Lets just say they were.

Now I said that two of those on the listing, were not communicated with by that personal email address. How would it sound if I told you that the two people on that list of twelve were not even connected to me by a computer, but a phone line. One of them only once (in 2008). They phoned me.

Now this is one hell of achievement, especially considering I have never publicly mentioned my communication with these people at all, and wont.

So there is that, which was quite disturbing, there has been the odd occurrence from time to time I have noticed, cars that park outside my house at 3 in the morning and then speed off when I approach my window. This happened numerous times several years back, the same apparent car on two occasions. However it must be said, you can drive yourself crazy trying to connect strange observations and occurrences over the years, it is not a route to go down unless you want to become a paranoid wreck (ala, pindz).

It is interesting however, but do not get me wrong, this is not a post saying (the government is watching me, or I have been hacked, or I am scared for my life etc etc)

Because in all honesty I think this has a much closer to home explanation.

However, that list. I can not explain. Certainly not by hacking. I am under the impression that phone records and the names and numbers and the cross referencing of them is quite hard to do. Especially if you are narrowing it down over a given period of time, to look for someone that you should have no indication that I have communicated with. I am still thinking of ways in which it could be done in the public domain. It is clever. I am aware that records can be obtained in certain ways, by certain organizations, however, correct me if I am wrong here, but that kind of information is (confidential) correct ?. I would also find it much harder to do if you are UK X directory, meaning that your number is not listed and available to marketing agencies and the general public.

I should feel violated, yet I am kinda impressed if I am honest. I can not get my head around how that was done, that bothers me more to be honest. I know it is possible to obtain, but how ? How would you do that, considering what I have explained. No indications of my communication outside of the phone record, and then cross referencing that with email addresses which were converted to names along with the numbers, also obtaining private and confidential information contained on an X directory not publicly listed.

Good work, and if you are coming to kill/silence me, then the spare key is under the loose brick third row down, left wall, right next to the side gatepost. I sleep late, so early mornings are best.

For obvious reasons it would not be wise for me to put that out there. In time though I sure as hell wont have a problem doing just that however. It is far to interesting to spoil by having people forward to it at this time, its a UK based email address and has been in use since 2007. So it is a legit address, which is kind of stupid if it is hacking, unless of course the system it is sent from is controlled via someone controlling that hardware, if you follow what I mean.
