Ralph Ellis - The Biblical Shepherd Kings & The Egyptian Hyksos Pharaohs

Historical cover-ups have always been a topic of interest. We re-visit the work of Ralph Ellis, who joins us to discuss his series of six books on the topic of "Biblical Patriarchs as Royal Pharaohs of Egypt". Ralph has been researching biblical and Egyptian history for more than 30 years. Being independent from theological and educational establishments has allowed him to tread where others do not dare, and it is through this independence that Ralph has discovered so many new biblical and historical clues about what might be the truth. Perhaps one of the biggest 'cover-ups' is the fact that the Israelites were originally Egyptians, the Hyksos shepherd pharaohs who were ejected from Egypt in the 17th century BC. But this simple correlation colors the rest of biblical history, for it means that both King Solomon and Jesus were also of Egyptian heritage. We begin to look at many of the missing historical characters and re examine the timeline, the placing and in some cases the naming of certain biblical and Egyptian historical events. Interesting.

I've just begun reading Zecharia Sitchin's work, and so far its great. I actually just went out yesterday and bought several other books dealing with pyramids, atlantis, and ancient esoteric egypt. I'm gunna have to check out this guys' books.

Mr. Ellis,
I have read 4 of your books so far and am currently on the 5th. I really enjoy your work, it's quite obvious that you have a lot of time invested. I would recommend that anyone who is brave enough to look at what they believe, read your books. Your work is extremely informative and a good read as well.
In Eden in Egypt you reveal what you believe to be the masons big secret. For anyone interested in reading this book don't worry that I'm ruining the surprise as what I'm speaking of is only a few paragraphs in a large book. I realize that you must be speculating as you don't use anything to back up your claim that we were visited by aliens in the past.
The reason for my post isn't just to disagree with this one conclusion of yours but to plant a seed as well. btw, I agree with your conclusions much more often than I disagree, it's difficult to disagree with the most of what you suggest. My theory is; we were the aliens / astronauts, we even constructed monuments on mars. To back up my theory I will start with Jacobs ladder. I would suggest that this is a metaphor that means that we, individually and collectively as a species, can ascend intellectually and we can descend as well, and that is what we have been doing for some 14,000 years. Next I will go to Daniel 4 from about the 13th verse through the rest of chapter. In summary this is again a metaphor for how far our intellectual levels had reached and the beginning of our descent for 7 times or seven astrological signs. Our collective intellectual ability / capacity has fallen to where it is today, that of cattle. Next stop Atlantis; Atlantis sinking into sea is again a metaphor for lost knowledge. One more, the Greek myth of the Titans. We were the Titans, but again you have to see the allegorical, Titans as well as giants are metaphoric for great pride or arrogance. We fell from where we were because of our pride. We will only return as hobbits, metaphoric for humble. "The meek shall inherit the earth."
I have always had a little trouble with the Egyptian myths but could always glimpse the same things there that I can see in Bible, all mythologies, Astrology, folklore and other places as well but your work really confirmed it for me. There are metaphors in the Egyptian mythology / history that state the same thing, we can and have descended intellectually, but I'll let you find them yourself before I point them out.
I am presently reading your book Thoth architect of the universe, it looks like another good one. It is sad to think of what our world has become, we need to find our way back before it is too late, IMO, all the monuments are for that purpose, to help us find our way back. History has a way of being covered when it is inconvenient for the powers that be. It is difficult to cover the Giza plateau and the large monuments around the world that all say the same thing.

Abdul and Ironlikealion must be on vacation or some sabbatical, as I am astonished they haven't appeared on this post as yet, somebody attempting to tell the truth about biblical times is NOT allowed, unless it favours Israel.
