The very same kind of attitude prevails in the K12 administration in Montana schools, largely why I left Montana. Yes, at least one, the daughter of a family friend since the 50s, was raped in a high school there, it seems by a staff member with a daddy in admin who was involved in a series of similar incidents. There's a lot more to it than I know, but the women are actually children in this case. I worked there at a grunt job for five years, had to attend weekly meetings at admin and listen to the proteges brag about such things as forcing preachers to watch their porn "developed" for use in public schools... oh, yeah!
