Our government wants to take on the debt of mutliple billion dollar companies

.....Yet still leave the average consumer with their debt,

Why isn't the the average consumer released of this debt but the corporation is?

If I was $30,000 in debt, would any bank allow me to take a loan out to go further in debt? .....NO

In the real world that would be absurd, and impossible.

This transfer of wealth thing intrigues me. It's plausible that all the woes of the economy are just a slickly laid plan to take control of the people by them needing to depend on big brother for their needs.

No one needs to try and wake the people up though. You can shout you can curse you can post all the vid, pics, documents and what have you and it will have no affect.

The only sensible and smart thing to do for those of you that seem to have it all figured out is PLAN. The people will only wake up AFTER the fact. Sorry that is the way humans work. If you are someone who knew before and planned ahead then you get to be the savior and leader of the revolution. Oh yes the people will revolt. No amount of so called mind control if you lean that way or anything will hold back one of the most entrenched elements of our species.

We like to set shit straight and kill those who who screwed it up. And if they screwed it up so bad that there is no hope..........we'll still kill'em and live how ever we can.

People only respond when pushed to a limit not when told the limit is coming. No one likes a told you so with no plan.

And that's the point of the plan - to get ready.

The only thing that can stave off the calamity would be immediate national resistanse to the current economic agenda of printing money out of thin air. Don't back someone just because of party affiliation, back the person - the person we currently have calling the shots has set us up for disaster.

It's too late as it stands - we have already reaped the consequences of a 2 trillion dollar spending spree. We just have not felt it in our pockets at this point - but it will happen, I say in another 6 months, we'll be hurting from the reaming.

Personally, my mantra - to prepare.

So here's the plan - be prepared to protect your family. Be prepared to join a state militia to fight off a Coup d'état. Be prepared by insuring your neighbors are friends and that many people can serve in different roles to legitimate a free standing community. BE prepared to live without utilities and be make sure that your loved ones are not caught off guard.

It's a noble cause if you cherish your current way of life and your heritage - if nothing comes of anything, you're still a winner.

Remember the story of the ants and the grasshopper. I assure everyone that one day, most the population will be grasshoppers.

I don't know why do you so affraid of socialism..? Do You know what it is?... Becouse I know..I was born in Socialistic Country of Slovakia.. before it went to democracy.. of course.. It wasn't a perfect system of course ... but it was better than anything we have now!... let me explain in points... 1. there was 0% of unnenployment... everybody had job.. yes everybody.. 2. House or flat was guaranted by the state.. so everybody had place where to live in dignity.. 3. If somebody decided to have a marriage, automaticly the state guaranteed a generous financial loan just to start a family... again to everybody!... 4. Playschools Basic schools High schools where for free..Yes to everybody! 5. We had realy high quality cheep food in stores.. so don't judge something you don't know... I lived in that system.. and Your Corrupt Goverment destroyed ewerything... Now I don't have a hause.. nor flat.. Im working as graphic designer in Ireland... But I still can't afford to buy a house or flat.. im living as tenant in fucking small house in ireland with other people... I would like to go back in my coutry.. but almost ewerything is controled by local mafia.. Please do some research about what Socialism realy is before you start criticise it... Or ask Me..

i wonder, is there a new paradigm that may be born from this chaos -
a new paradigm that has not been imagined- i think it is inevitable.....

seems to me there is a fast growing part of society that wont play the consumer game any more
and though traditionally these 'drop outs' are 'junkies' and other 'misfits' i see more and more upper class middle class kids that just dont FIT into the constructs of society.
and with this economical breakdown......maybe a new society will form - an organic unstructured society that is - dare i say it.....ETHICAL?????? and im not talking hippies- im talking some new form that respects where technology is at and respects our desire for beautiful things and a comfortable life.....

oh im dreaming again- i guess i would be a dreamist!

Socialism... capitalism... both have good points, both have bad. The problem is that the population is programmed to believe it's one or the other. Infact it's neither, but thats almost beside the point. The reason "communism" failed is because the bankers wanted it to fail. Pointing at communism as a failed sytem is what keeps people slave to capitalism. They fear everything they have will be taken away and given to the lazy. What should instead be noted is that those who have power,either financial or political or both, invariably abuse that power to attain wealth at the expense of the masses. This manifests in a few becoming wealthy while the population is left destitute. Left/right parodies are a figment of the imagination, it's the financial sytem that makes an economy function, not it's politics. The fractional researve system of finance could have been used benevolently, to create money to fund any number of world changing projects. We could have saved ourselves years ago. Instead, it was used malevolently in order to enslave the world. It'll be interesting to see where humanity goes from here. This timeline is rather amusing.

Good point 7hidden7agenda7... I feel it is a combination of both that could potentially save our society. But before you go flaming me (everyone), please read and consider. Think about what I'm saying... I am going to use two examples... Employment and Food...

1. Employment.

If the government did not allow large corporations to outsource 100% of their employees to foreign cheap labor, and put into law that they must keep at least 20-30% of their work force within the USA... That is Social-Capitalist thinking. It means that, for example, AT&T can make services and products all they want, and can make as much money as they want (Capitalism), and they must also provide jobs for the people right here at home (Socialism). If they use the resources on our soil, if they reap the benefits of becoming rich and sending their money to their foreign investors, the American people who earned their right to the land should benefit... It is in fact, part of being a Republic.

Otherwise, they are here for tax breaks, fleecing the consumers (you and I) with no regard to their livelihood. And when it all falls apart, they won't fix a thing. They find another chump country to take for a ride.

I have a friend who worked for a large corporation that has now fired him and his team in favor of the outsourcing. The corporation is here in the USA, selling stuff to us... But all of their employees are in India now. My very qualified, hard working American is jobless.

I am all for earning and having whatever I want out of life. That is the American Dream. I pay a Federal Income Tax that is supposed to fund everything that is needed. It doesn't. They give nearly all of this money, my money, to Bankers. That's the failed part. Let's get the bankers off the grid. Let's reign in corporations.

2. Food

No one should ever go without food or shelter, and I applaud stewe002 for telling us his truth. Everyone deserves a place to live and something to eat. Remember the above examples? My friend who is jobless is in deep shit. He has no job. And if everyone is being laid off, WTF is he going to do? Starve? No. He will dig a ditch for some pay, just like we all would if he had to, and hopefully we don't. But the corporation is still going... And consumers are still buying their stuff. My friend has nothing to show for it. And it isn't because he did a bad job. In fact, he was so good that he is considered over-qualified (note that means American, who we have to pay more to) for all jobs he is applying for.

But let me get back to food. If all Fast Food Chains (Good and Bad) were not allowed to discard their food at the end of the night, it could help feed poor families. And don't tell me about the charities they give money to. That's pocket change and they know it. Once again, the government, and the people's vote should dictate how a portion of these corporations' collected cash is spent to feed the poor (or people like my friend or yours).

The government should employ and run their own food joint. Where the money collected is used for public need, and where food is healthy and cheap. Say, a salad and a turkey sandwich for three bucks. They would have employees form the USA, earning minimum wages, with full benefits and investment packages. There would be no bonuses for producing more, as this is a public service and for everyone. I think I would even eat there because it would be rated A+ because of regulations.

Once again, we have Socialist-Capitalist symbiosis, and it does not have to be bad.

I like the idea of stewe002's old life with the twist that if I earned more money, I could opt out of the flat and buy myself a mansion and a yacht, while insuring that my poor fellow man could take my flat.
