Well I can stand waiting,I can stand bad communication skills, but what I cant stand is being stuck on hold only to have them hang up on me,also what I cant stand is the way they seem to lose my payments,it has so far taken them 3 weeks to find a £50 payment that I paid in to their bank account lol

I have those exact problems with virgin and my broadband, they keep turning it off a day before they take the payment out of my bank then they turn it back on the following day, im forever complaining to them about it, there real bad for hanging up on me aswell, i can say this for virgin though i have had a few months free connection as an apology(once.)

Virgin media can be quite easy to manipulate if you take the right approach,in the past I have found threatening to go elsewhere works pretty dam well.
The thing is though virgin media are quite a good provider,so why the hell ruin their reputation by taking their call center to india,I understand the cheap labour thing but to be honest the biggest turn off for possible customers (and some very pissed off current ones) is this call center malarky, which is going to reflect a downturn in business.

If you ring this number, one, double one, eleven, double one. You will be suprised at what's said at the other end. I promise you it's free, and definately worth your time.
