i still think what the peeps at richplanet have done is a massive step in the right direction... ie... using 3d simulations like they have done... alls it takes is for one person with an interest in 911 and some talent using 3d simulation software to see this to inspire them to have a crack trying to piece together pieces...

i too think the planes werent planes... as to what tehy were and how they did it i dunno... intuition as well as the far from absolute witness statements forbids me from believing the official jack anory

with regard to the shape of the plane being evident at the impact point...

i think the 'placed charges' scenario should not be ruled out until it can be catagorically assitained that the floor(s) in which we see the gaping plane sized hole was not affected by the mysterious 'essential works' carried out at the wtc... ie... the rigging of the explosives on the main steel structure that brought it down

if those specific floors werent closed down by these works then that kinda rules out the oppertunity in the means motive and oppertunity question... if it was... then for me... planted charges in the shape of the plane holds alot of water in my book

also... another thing that bugs me about this aspect of the 911 saga is the structual integrity of the wings themselves... you see once they hit the outer edge of the building... the stresses at the point of which the main chassis of the wings attach to the fuselage would of surpassed the limitations of its design nplemoz and they would of simply broken off... if the initial impact didnt do that... then the outer ring of stell collums would of for sure

the interia of the engines (them being much heavier and denser than the wing itself) would of meant they had more chance of ploughing through the inner structure that either the wing section or the fuselage

in addition to my thinkings is the evidence of the impact in the video... the plane actually it the building in such a way as to leave its complete 'imprint' for all to see... and yet exited the building at the opposite side with the nose coming out near the corner of the building...

where did that right wing and engine disappear too ?

i mean if the fuselage manages to works its way out as apparently it did do because we see evidence of the nose cone seemingly still fully intact... then that right engine should of been very visable too... not shooting out the opposite side like the fuselage... but in fact exiting the wtc right face... thus meaning it would of had to travell through less off the wtc structure than the nose cone

i think the guys at richplanet are on to something myself personally... lets see what comes of this line of enquiry
