Roaring phenomena recorded in Florida .

Definitely odd!I don't believe this is city work,bbq cranked up or a prank with speakers.
I don't know but I'd go with the idea that it's HAARP doing some fine tuning on their system or potentially a large ufo craft near by cloaked,like another viewer had commented.I don't hold reserve to what could be the TRUTH....

yes it is pipeline work they are doing and the sound can last as long as 20 minutes.
They pressurize the lines and they need to slowly release the pressure.

After Ike hit Galveston they did pressure check the gas lines and it did sound like what was in Florida.Capt. is right that it last 20 minutes.
