Why don't you take the trouble to read the report and if you bother to READ it you will see it does not say anything about Hollie being raped. It says clearly that there is evidence that she had been penetrated before....ie could have been normal sex.

If Hollie had been raped for 14 years by 22 paedophiles the damage to her would have been very obvious instead they said........

On the balance of probability

They went by all available evidence which was a mother screaming her daughter had been raped and a daughter who had had sex before and no mention of her ever having had a boyfriend.
