Robert Green wasn't prosecuted for that though. The Crown office makes no mention of letter beings sent to the neighbours of those being accused of being paedophiles, which would constitute direct harassment, as opposed to a breach of the peace, which he was convicted of. His conviction was due to his handing out material to the general public that contained information that could cause a "breach of peace". Also, why hasn't anyone attempted to sue the Hollie Greg campaign for deformation? (If they have I am not aware).

It seems to me that too many people at the higher echelons have gone to great lengths to keep this story from the public domain. If this case is, as you say, a big hoax, why hasn't there been a concerted effort on the part of the accused to clear their names through the proper channels?

Have any of the accused ever gone on camera and told their story?

No Green was convicted of breach of the peace which was as a result of him sending letters or dropping them into the neighbours of the people he accused of being child abusers and murderers. The 19 could not do anything until he printed his accusations on paper.

Regarding going down the legal route. Do you know how much money it would cost to bring them to court and what would be the point? Green was convicted in a court already and got a year in jail for his crime

The law as things stand are clear, in a civilized society one does not have to prove you are innocent.
