Sounds like a perfect canidate for Mind Control Operation....

Abstract : This report describes a simple, objective method to produce Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move forecasts for use in budget development and execution. The forecasts assume that current PCS move policies will remain in effect throughout a 3 year forecast horizon. The forecasts are produced using a technique called tree classification, which stratifies Officer and Enlisted members into groups based on their Projected Rotation Date and Accounting Category Code. Each group's move behavior is projected separately, then combined to produce aggregate forecasts. Tree classification is used in this report to develop PCS move forecasts for FY89, FY90, and FY91 based on FY88 actual move behavior. The move projections are produced at levels of detail sufficient to develop the Military Personnel Navy, budget and to monitor budget execution. Forecasts are produced for Officer/Enlisted, month, detailing branch, and move type (Operational, Rotational, and Training. the method and forecasts are useful for a variety of reasons. The forecasts are based on simple, known assumptions and provide an objective estimate of future PCS moves. Thus, these forecast can be used as a starting point for what-if analyses, since these forecasts assume no changes in current PCS policies. Finally, the projections can be used as a baseline for comparison to detailer-specified move requirements.

Now I wanna open up some dialogue on how we the people can put the "ball in our court" on this event and put pressure on the Government for the eventual backlash against our freedoms.


Fact:

James Holmes was umemployed and managed to buy $20,000 of military tacticle gear without even raising any red flags by the "Department of Homeland Security".

This includes multiple guns, bomb making materials, thousands of dollars in ballistic gear (he did not even engage police...hmm what a waste of money..)

Most obvious to ex Army types like me is "CS gas grenades"....(they dont sell them at Walmart...)

And he also bought hundreds of high caliber assault rifle rounds over the internet.


(it has been estimated by multiple sources and I am ex-military and know what this stuff costs, and how hard it is to get)

And also how he learned how to use all this stuff...

Back to Homeland Security...

This agency was set-up after 9-11 buy George Bush to prevent this kind of event, and has spent billions in tax payers money and even gave us the "Patriot Act".

So now a viral campaign needs to be set fourth to have these scumbags explain how this one slipped under the radar...and why his Dad is employed by the Navy.

So rather then wait for Big Brother to make us pay for this....
