At 0930 this morning, in scenes reminiscent of Stasi East Germany, 2 police cars and 4 policemen from Merseyside Police arrested British Constitution Group Chairman Roger Hayes at his Wirral home and drove away.

The first his family heard of him was at 18:30 this evening via a telephone call from a Warder in Liverpool prison, to say that Roger had been tried and sentenced to prison.

At no time were the family or any other members of the public informed of his arrest, and it is understood that he was tried in a secret court without a Jury.

Denied the right to argue his case, denied the right to a Jury, denied the right for the public to see justice being done, Roger was imprisoned in the secretive gulag system that Britain has become in 2012.

Roger's "crime" is that he has been refusing to pay his Council tax, because along with other state taxes, a proportion of the tax revenue gathered is being sent to the European Union, used to fund unlawful wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria, and promote terrorism right around the world. To pay tax under these circumstances is, at the very least, unlawful under Section 15(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000.

As such the present government of UK in Westminster is complicit to terrorist action and war crimes and therefore the payment of taxes to an unlawful, criminal regime is itself a criminal act - one in which Roger refused to participate.

In addition to his stance on taxes for unlawful purposes, Roger has also been campaigning for the Lawful Bank - a monetary initiative in which money can be issued to the public as credit, rather than as crippling debt under the existing corrupt and fraudulent International Monetary System.

As Chairman of the British Constitution Group, Roger Hayes has been an outspoken public speaker warning the British public that their rights and freedoms under Common Law and the Constitution are being stripped away and replaced by a dictatorship of secret courts operating under Administrative and Statute Law.

There is no doubt that his success in alerting ever more people to the dangers of the British / EU dictatorship being built by a criminal element now masquerading as British politicians, has caused the State to imprison Roger. His challenge to the fraudulent banking system, as evidenced by the criminal acts of Barclays bank and todays resignation by arch Bilderberger and BBC advisor Marcus Agius, will also have made Roger enemies within Britain's wide criminal banking cabal.

Roger's family are shocked both at his arrest, and at the realisation that Britain is now sliding into a police state, where husbands, fathers and other good people can be lifted off the streets and imprisoned. There is now no doubt that Britain is further under the control of domestic terrorists in Westminster.

We ask that all those who value their freedoms and liberty call Meryside Police for further information and an explanation of their actions, and also call Liverpool prison to establish Roger's physical safety and well-being.

Thank you for this post 'theduck', I have no doubt that a 'D Notice' will be issued by the British Government regarding this man and his story.

I telephoned a couple of numbers you printed, one was always engaged, the other appeared to transfer me to 'Homebase' a DIY store chain!!

TPTB really don't like dirty laundry paraded in public (Dr. David Kelly anyone?) but we will keep this story alive on DTV.

A WIRRAL man who led a tax rebel protest to “arrest” a judge attended a court hearing of his supporters today - and demanded a warrant be served to arrest Merseyside Chief Constable.

Roger Hayes, chairman of the British Constitution Group, applied at Wirral Magistrates' Court to have Jon Murphy arrested following Monday's demonstration.

Mr Hayes, of Wallasey, believes police should have actually helped members of the public arrest the judge.

Yesterday, his bankruptcy hearing for non-payment of council tax ended in uproar when his supporters - several hundred of whom had massed outside - stormed Birkenhead County Court and "arrested" Judge Michael Peake.
Protestors from the public gallery charged at Mr Peake to make a civil arrest chanting “arrest that judge”.

Police scrambled over court benches to control the near riot and one protester shouted “seal the court.”

Another sat in the judge’s chair and declared Mr Hayes be “released”.

Deafening cheers and chants could be heard from the crowd outside the courts and demonstrators used mobile phones to film arrests being made.

Today Mr Hayes told District Judge Lomax at magistrates' court: “In county court, we arrested Judge Peake for treason and contempt of court.

"I called upon the police and members of the public to help me in this but the police acted incorrectly and arrested lawful individuals.

“We now want the chief constable to appear in court to explain the actions of his officers. They acted unlawfully by rescuing the judge. The rescue and treason is a criminal offence.

“We expect the police to do their job properly and that is the responsibility of the chief constable.”

However, District Judge Lomax refused the application saying it was for “self-publicity” and that it was not coming before the court with “clean hands”.

Speaking outside the court, Mr Hayes told the Globe: “We will now take this application to a higher court and appeal the judge’s decision to not issue a warrant to the chief constable.

“A key point in all of this is that I am happy to pay council tax, provided it is lawful.

"The way council tax is being applied is unlawful. I have written to Wirral Council but they will not reply to my letters. We are calling for everyone, under common law, to stop paying their council tax until change comes.”

Also appearing before the Wirral bench following the protest was Jay Doyle, of Dacey Road from Anfield, who pleaded guilty to breach of peace.

Steven Aspinall, 43, from Burnley, and Malcolm Massey, 31, of no fixed address, both denied charges of violent disorder and will appear at Wirral Magistrates on May 3 for committal to crown court.

They were released on bail on the condition that they do not enter any court building in the UK unless there is a pre-arranged appointment to do so.

A fourth man, known to the court as ‘Detainee B’ because he refused to give personal details, was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment when he refused to accept a binding-over after being found guilty of breaching peace.

A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "Merseyside Police is aware of an application for a warrant heard at Birkenhead Magistrates court this morning (8 March)"

So why him?
Because he is a danger to the establishment and this is a new tool in how they will shut up criticism of war and the revelation of hypocrisy within the UK government.

But to imprison a man in this way is criminal at the very least, and closer to an attack on freedom then any terrorist could ever inflict.

Roger is a sound guy spoke to him twice this year at his lawful banking talks .

But ffs it is ILLEGAL to pay TAX that is used for WAR under the Law of WAR we are all breaking the Law in paying council Tax here in the UK .

Thanks for posting.. I will be keeping my eye on up-coming developments. I have always admired the guy, but I sometimes wonder if fame and following has corrupted his ideals; I hope not.

It's one to keep an eye on for sure until the official story emerges :cheers:
