Another thought that came to me was, the other day the shooting at the Mall. That guy had a gun jam, and because of that didn't kill as many as they wanted him to so its like they had to create another more horrifying massacre right away. I believe the reason for the location was, so the information wouldn't get leaked as much beacause the eye witnesses were little children that can't describe details as well as older children or adults.
