My guess is ufo disclosure they know the goverments in the west have been keeping it hush hush they might even have recovered craft and if they told the whole truth it would definatly stir things up a little.

Maybe this is leading up to some sort of disclosure if the goverment know whats going on and are about to admit the truth the department might not really be needed any more

I think either the vatican has been warned by the goverments that there is going to be disclosure and so they are trying to soften the impact this will have on there followers, or maybe as this thread suggests the vatican will be used to break the news. A brilliant and very possible theory.excellent...
