If I was the Illuminati and I wanted to control the world by dumbing it down - I would take control of the two most programable types of humans on the planet and give them power, popularity and influence over mankind mainly through entertainment - Women and Black people.

William Cooper mentioned this briefly in a speech a long time ago....he said that these crafts (both belonging to alien races and the US govnt) transport water from Earth to facilities on both Mars and the Moon.....I beleive this 100%...good stuff.

Earth is no longer what it was - all sense or morallity has vanished, control by materialism rules, the earth itself is being drained of its life because we humans fail to find and even deny alternative ways of energy, popular entertainment today is Jersey Shore... my bags are already packed !
