Why is there such a fascination with secret societies?
What are the arguements put forward?
Do they shape how we live our lives?
Will they control the world our children are born in to?
How do we rid the world of them therefore?
Do they know things that the rest do not?
If so what are these things?
How many secret societies exist?
Do all secret societies work in tandum?
If not, are there things that some secret societies know which others do not?
How far back do secret societies go?
Are the Royal families a secret society?
Are governments a secret society?
Are there secret societies within secret societies?

There are now and have always been secret societies, people love to have secrets, are they conspiring to take over the world? Maybe, maybe not, theres not realy any proof that any specific group is trying to do it, no matter how many people scream and shout "theres loads of proof its all there for you to see," well there isnt any proof, if there is it hasnt been shown on here, even after months and months(on my behalf) of looking and asking where it is.
You gotta come to your own conclusion as no one can show you undeniable proof.

Unless you know some high ranking people in these societies you wont know much. Secret Society = Occult stuff, and that is a big word, but it just means hidden. But then even if you had this connection, most people would not believe what you said anyhow....

But honestly if you want proof look around, it is not hard to see the stuff right in front of your face!

9/11 was quite the proof, and followed by the patriot act, end of posse comitatus, etc... But most people can't connect the dots, and feel better just to deny everything then to actually research the subjects. It is not hard to find the information anymore, you just got to open your eyes and look.

But if your blind to facts, then you will never see anything, like most people...

I think most of this secret societ stuff is probably nonsense. Of course, keeping an open mind is important, so then I won't allow myself to be trapped mentally by this one or that one's thoughts on the matter. We have to be careful about blaming people, especially when all of our knowledge of thes subjects is gathered from a limited number of sources.

What I think is happening here is that a consensus is being formed on false premises and we are keeping ourselves in the dark about the real issues facing us. Meanwhile a few characters are making a killing by selling us a load of bollocks. I know lots of freemasons. I know people in the orange lodge. I also know people in the knights of St Columba.

The idea that these people are part of some world-wide conspiracy is laughable. They are normal, honest, working people.

With all due respect.. These freemasons you know, as well as yourself are only going to be informed to a limited degree as far as how deep the secret society game is played. Most members of freemasonry are great and helpful people that do amazing charity work. Unfortunately, there are many levels of freemasonry that are not seen by the general public.
At the highest levels they are working towards goals unrelated to the greater good of non members. Many independant researchers have verified this claim.
Its like when you go into a bank, the tellers are all very nice and helpful, so are the branch managers, and loan officers... which is awesome... but, once you work your way up to the higher levels of the bank itself, you are probably going to find a small group of elite bankers who are working towards goals that are not in line with the average customer of theirs. Recent global banking failures are a testament to this.(they sure like them bonuses)
The basic truth of the situation is that if these groups were all very harmless and benificent.. then why all the secrecy to begin with? Why do they not operate with open books and an open agenda?
Also, I agree that noone should be blaming these people for doing what their free will dictates... their desire to be members of any group is a basic human right. What these groups do with their secrets and rituals is totally their choice. From what I have learned so far... I really have no desire to support their efforts in any way.

I find the whole, "there part of this evil organisation but they dont know its evil because there on the bottom level" thing realy stupid, if there not doing anything wrong then there not bad.
Our military has bad groups working within it, but we dont all go around saying our military is an evil organisation do we? (Well those with common sence dont.) Freemasons and other groups like them have done some wonderfull things for people, maybe the top few of them are bad, but its not right to say there all bad just because of a few, theres quite a few conspiracy theorists that do nothing but spread dis info and lies, but were not all like that are we?
Kill em all and let god sort them out!

You're repeating, almost word for word what these guys I'm talking about are writing. You only 'know' what you've read on the subject. I've read those books too.

I have to think that these freemasons know more than me simply because they're in it and not just reading it. Part of me thinks there may be a sinister edge but the bigger part thinks that, if there is a conspiracy, these writers are in on it too. That leads me to think, as did Terence Mckenna, that no one is in control here. It's a runaway train with conflicting interests fighting for control.
