Yeah. 2 houses away from me is McHenry county. Im in Algonquin now, but I grew up in Elgin (E-Town) and lived in Chicago for a bit.
I lived here my whole life. I know all the towns and have friends in all of them.
I was in construction forever until I got laid off.
I worked for Toll Bros Construction (DTV posted their stock reports, which I thought was funny).
Their the top home builder in the country. Million dollar houses.
Well, I was the service tech and was training in construction management and I got laid off. Now I work with a bunch of HOT ass girls at a tuxedo place. I actually look forward to getting up for work in the morning now. The pay isnt as great, but I'm happy and I love it.

"Too many in our community have been devastated by hate violence. We now can begin the important steps to erasing hate in our country."

ok sure so because they sign a bill hate is going to magically erase hate in America? oh please.

"It's a shame that this piece of legislation was added to a bill that's supposed to be about supporting our troops," said Sen. Lamar Alexander (Tenn.)

ok.... so is this bill was suppose to be about helping the troops, than whats up with the decoy (aka the hate crime against gays). So what there saying is hate crimes against gays is what their using to glamorize a bill that was meant for the troops? If it WAS meant originally for troops and not for gays than why are they trying to protect troops so hard against hate crimes? their just glamorizing the fact that gays are included but this isnt for them.

The way I see it, is Barack obama doesnt give a fuck about the gays he is just trying to protect the Troops from all the hate crimes their going to be receiving by forcing us into concentration camps and forced vaccinations. Doesnt it seem more logical to make a law like this incase we the people retaliate or should i say "hate" what the troops are doing? Think about it for a sec... i got something here....

that certainly sounds pleasant. can't say I would complain either.. I have been looking for work, but it hasn't been looking good and an hour and a half commute into the city does not sound nice. so I just do side jobs if anyone needs them for now, it has equalized over itself, not enough pay as you say, but it keeps me happy cause I just love doing it. and getting money of course.

that last part of them using it against us is really what I am concerned about, when and where is the line as what is a definition of a hate crime? its the same old Fuhrer tactics...

Don't watch Fox news.

What does it matter if the crime is a hate crime or just a regular crime. If someone is acting in violence against any person, shouldn't something be done about it?

If a homosexual is violently beaten in the street, the trial should be based on the fact that another human being was beaten violently.

If a full blooded truck driving American is violently beaten in the street, that trial should also be based on the fact that a human being was beaten violently.

And David Icke sums it up best when it comes to keeping all speech free:
• I hear people ask about those who would use their freedom of speech to call for violence against others or encourage sexual acts with children. But wouldn't you rather have such people in the open where they can be seen and identified than have them doing exactly the same in secret? (ePg. 285) (275)

David Icke, Tales from the Time Loop, Bridge of Love, 2003

Personally, I'd rather the crazies who believe homosexuality is abhorent continue to run their mouths in public, because then those at the brunt of their ignorance at least know where they are. Than the proper counter-arguments can be made in public as well.

I'll say it again, even to the disapproval of some here, that the people of America need to take action against the American Government. This bill is just another reason for that. Everyone should have equal rights, regardless of who they are intimate with, and this bill has nothing to do with that. It just gives your Authoritarian government (which has too much influence over my government) another set of pages by which to imprison you.

Bleh... I'm in a rant mood...
