Maybe we should make some phone connection network, so if its needed we could have like two 'phone network partners' to txt/ring and if needed we could set off a massive chain reaction for whatever need, obviously the 'service' for want of a better word would have to be 'inalienable'.

Obviously I haven't really thought this through properly at all, was just a crazy idea that popped into my head
