but to the main point what are we going to do about this?

society, government, aliens, technology, secrets. but mainly society and government.. is FUCKED!!

please some one tell me what are we supposed to do? were all just sat here at our compters on an internet forum doing shit all except moan about the workd around us, yet no ones doing anything? how do we take the governments down??

The thing is, we already have systems in place with which to do something but the general malaise and frightening lethargy displayed by the masses helps perpetuate this crypto-fascist agenda so favoured by our dear leaders. In fact they rely on our apathy to keep this roller coaster on track.

We could create new political parties; we could re-democratize society; we could look after the planet in a state of peace and co-operation. The problem is that we feel helpless, as though we are on the margins of society when we are the majority - the minority being the political, economic, industrial, military class who govern us.

This actually kept me awake last night, pondering a realistic answer wasn't easy but certainly the foundations or beginning of change has to lie within a peaceful protest. Namely a Masked March. A march that would begin in Edniburgh and end at westminster and would pass through every major town and city on the way. A march of parents, children, the elderly, students; the entire cross section of society. A march in which everyone is Masked, masked to protect the identity of the protesters from the police state and masked to strike fear into the hearts of the tyrannical who mean to take our freedoms from us. This march would take several days to complete and would gather momentum as it progresses to westminster, some may march the full distance, some may only march for part but it would certainly gather attention from the media. Thousands, maybe millions of people marching to protest the taking of their country and their liberties by a totalitarian dictatorship cannot be ignored.

Upon reaching westminster, a series a protests would take place on a massive scale. Acting as they usually do, riot police are deployed by the government to quash disent. In their heavy handed, brutal attempts to dispell the protest a child is seriously hurt or worse by vicious riot police. The crowd is enraged and vastly outnumber the now fearful police. They are forced to retreat and london and westminster is taken by the now angry protesters keen to avenge the maimed child.

No politician dares to return to westminster on fear of public scutiny and possible lynching. The foundations of true democracy are laid down by the common man, not lords and royalty. Buckingham palace is taken, the crown destroyed and its estate returned to the people.

Idealistic?......maybe

Realistic?.......who knows

i see what your saying man, but this would have to be done peacefully at least initially. The smashing of cctv cameras would come after the catalyst detailled above. To go out and smash up cctv cameras would just brand you a vandal or a terrorist. As i said, the foundations must be in peaceful protest :flop:

Well if we all did it together it would work - but the Brits are apathetic. Karl Marx thought we'd be the first country to have a proletarian revolution....still waiting.

It's like the French with wheel clamps - you know the old Denver Boot! All French people - whether they drove or not - started taking out a tube of superglue with them and squeezing it into the locks of wheel clamps and wrecking them costing the clamping companies a fortune - eventually they had to be completely abandoned in France!

your right it would be great, if only as a nation we had that kind of balls. This is a bigger issue than clamping unfortunately, its bigger than cctv too. Admitedly by destroying the cameras we would send a powerful message to the authorities, without the media onside though we would be accused to preventing protecting of the people and prevention of crime. We would be demonised and the system would retaliate and would be lauded by the masses for "protecting" them.

It is a difficult question, how to realistically achieve a governmental takeover? It has to be done by bold statements and direct action, people may die, landmarks may be destroyed but humanity will only tolerate suppression for so long before the straw breaks and we can take no more. Freedom will prosper eventually, but what will be the cost?
