She says it has bothered her since then a few more times

My sister told me the other day that a dark figure(spirit) came into her room while she was in bed pulled on the covers and tried to smother her. She had just laid down, was wide awake and was home alone. When she started praying the Lord's prayer the words "be careful" came out of her mouth involuntarily. She doesn't know what to do. Does anyone know anything about this or how to get rid of it? The way she explained it sounded like what some call 'shadow people'.

seems to have good results with negativity ..perhaps it was the shadow being whispering to her to intimidate here ... another thing she can try is burning sage its clears up negativity

it could be residual negative energy from an event that happened there a while ago as well . but the most important thing is not to dwell on it and think about its strength ,that will only give it more power through her fear . to which it probably feeds off that , she needs to empower herself , these are just suggestions hopefully they work

I don't understand a universe where extraterrestrials and ghosts can coexist. If an alien died, will he become a ghost? How can something that we aren't even sure that exist may transform in some other entity that probably does not exist? If ghosts and extraterrestrials are true, then all the universe is ruled by the wizard of oz. Not to talk about god, magic, witches, witchcraft, monsters, big foot, etc. In conclusion, some of the people that come here are just lunatics. Shadow people?! obviously you have never had an experience with a negative force of any kind consider yourself lucky .. and i would gladly be called a lunatic then be ignorant and oblivious to the world seen and not seen . you can think what you want its your right

hey mate,did you know that one of the principles of physics is that energy cannot be destroyed,but only transformed from one state to another? like when you burn a piece of wood,it turns into dust and ash,both lighter substances ,it does not "vanish into nothing,so what do you think happens to humans when we die?having an under standing of the subtler energies of this amazing universe has nothing to do with airy fairy new age shit,or black magic or anything like that,ok.

From what I have experienced, shadow persons ( incubi/sucubi ) are dark spiritual beings that thrive on energy emitted through pleasure and fear. They prey on the weak of mind and body from pre-adalecents to adults, they are dangerous if not dealt with. They are capable of physical contact and some mind control, however I don't know if they are entities or demons or poltergiests. Poltergiest beings are more mischievius, capable of physical contact, demons well they are pure evil capable of possesion, and entities very powerful beings that can cause detramental harm and have been reported to even rape their victims. It seems that all can follow a person even if the person moves to a differant region. In either case I think that shadow people are sent by a more powerful being to test the waters so to speak, wear down ones resistance allowing a more powerful being to enter. However they may-be all one in the same at differant stages of service to the main evil one. But that is just my understanding and may-be a load of shart!
