I went out side here on the west coast 9:22 pm. Pacific. Didn't see much. A few jets that's about it. I do believe the shuttle is out there and it launched a probe that is being sent to the sun's polar region to beam back new info... Full moon here and it is distorting the stars. Keep watching all. :cheers: :ohno:

Thank you for the footage mr rabbit , I've always found the moon quite ethereal& very calming.
Though I used to watch the nights sky I gave up one night last year after scaring myself witless with my first sighting, it's somehow always a little detached when you hear and see other people's encounters but when it's your own .. well mine anyway. It shook the hell out of me so I haven't looked since :oops:
