Yeah I saw the other ones you posted from this view too.

I was thinking maybe it was a strap or something hanging from the balloon, caught in the suns reflection, all examples of the same flashing orb seem to be in the same area from the same camera viewpoint. I dont know, but I saw many examples of that on viewing the live stream.
