Solar bottle lights

Coke bottles light up Philippinos’ lives. Amazing! An example of using trash for good. Although it is better not to have the trash at all, this simple fix to people’s daily lives is inspiring. A used drinks bottle filled with water and a splash of chlorine helps to illuminate the darkness for the people of this Philippine village.

I almost want to climb up on my roof and cut some holes and get in on this! Hell, why hasn't made an expensive version of this yet?! I have skylights but they don't put off light like that!

People that seem to have little or no education can still think out of the box and come up with stuff like this...
We on the other hand have been educated to suppress such thinking.... ( mostly )
