There is a really, really minimal chance that it could be a piece or paper or a plastic bag or other debris taking flight. But that is really the most unlikely explanation....

It makes some pretty amazing maneuvers, such as sharp 90 degree turns while in full motion, hovering, etc. The last thing I'd assume it was is a soul, being that we've never recorded anything comparable before. It's most likely some object getting knocked around by wind, and is shaped in such a way as to make such movements.
