In all cases, it appears to be nothing more than ice. The lower right hand corner @ 4:57 even wraps around the shuttle as the current / wake takes it.
Please do not take anything I say as truth, I am under control of a lizard race hell bent on staying underground and unseen to further my paranoia.
Well there I was all excited and shit when I realised STS 133! Thats not the one I am on its not even the right shuttle. I am on Endevour STS134 which should have been going up this weekend. Discovery should have gone up in November but was delayed. Discovery is now scheduled to go March/April on its final mission,so if you fancy having your face in space there is still time here is the link https://faceinspace.nasa.gov/index.aspx
