What is the spirituality of your land to you?

LAND OF LEGENDS
England is the land of legends, King Arthur and the Holy Grail, Robin Hood, Elizabeth 1 and Princess Diana. Rock Stars. poets and authors that became legends beyond measure in their own time.

LAND OF PROPHETS
When I walked the land of Israel I felt the sheer power of the prophets and the Christ energy as well.

LAND OF SAINTS AND ARTISTS
Italy, really powerful in artistry, design, St Francis, Michelangelo, etc.

LAND OF SHAMANS
Australia was so powerful in its aborigine dreamtime, and sound. The most amazing spiritual people I have ever met on the land. Incredible past live connections there, it really is a shamanic healing land.

So what is your connection with the land, what does it mean to you? What relevance does it have on the earth on which you walk?

here in japan there is a wide spread belief in ghosts and demons though they classify them both very different than what my research/experience has shown me it's a lot better than ignoring the subject. they have a small but pretty wide spread in aliens which is good too. and best of all they have "gods" for everything! There's no "God" unless you misunderstood your Buddhist upbringing really badly, but there are tons of little gods for all kinds of things.

god of fertility, god of safe driving, god of harvest, god child protection, god of finding your way safely, and the list goes on an on. which in my eyes, because I'm not normal and VERY glad I'm not, is another way of saying that everything is spiritual. if you want something good to come of something you put your mental energy into it, you focus on its good parts, and make the best out of it. the universe responds in tune, and life shows you a brighter path than the last bend you took =]
