NASA cover-up? Looks like it's leaning that way

OTTAWA — Space rocks slam into Mars about 200 times a year, and a camera on a NASA satellite now shows what a fresh impact looks like.

Mars has a new crater some 30 metres across, surrounded by “rays” of debris shooting out in all directions.

The crater wasn’t there when Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, an unmanned probe, flew over in 2010. But when the probe followed the same path in May of 2012, there was the new crater.

NASA didn’t yet have a high-resolution photo, so it returned on Nov. 19, 2013, to zoom in on the exact spot. This photo is the result, from its High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment camera.

It shows debris flew up to 15 kilometres from the impact zone.

Sweet shot.

But knowing how "things" operate upstairs, they probably saw it, filmed it and studied it incoming and hit the surface when it originally happened.

Some dude just added color and now they say - "....hey look at this!!"

:bang;

:peep:

:cheers:
