However, I totally support the States if the States decide they want a new Federal government. :flop:

If all of the States unanimously agree to create a new federal government and can find a way to bypass the bs of the current one we have, then yay!

If the "people" try to secede or create a new government, then yeah, we are traitors... But you can't execute a State for treason. :flop:

well where do you think America came from? the answer is traitors, our fore fathers were traitors BECAUSE they were being treated unfairly and TAXED to much so they SECEDED from England...

also this government isn't BY THE STATES, FOR THE STATES... its BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE so if there are a group of people that want to secede from America then let them...

Yes, I agree; and those traitors also started a war with England. Do you honestly think we want a war? No. We the People want our federal government dissolved and replaced with a new one. The only way to do that peacefully and WITHIN the guidelines of the Constitution is via the States.
I can't speak about how much of the Constitution is in effect anymore... But thank God we still somewhat resemble a Republic and not a democracy!

that same Constitution says that if our government is corrupt (which we all know it is) then we not only have the right but we also have the responsibility to overthrow that government any way we can... I'm not condoning a civil war but we need to face this problem head on... and again, its BY the people for the people, WE need to fight back tooth and nail and get our freedoms and rights back... period

There are only three states in the entire union that could even come CLOSE to survivng a successful secession; Texas, California, and New York.

HOWEVER.

That ain't ever gonna happen...military response notwithstanding.

Once the organizers really, really found out how many mouths from their state were firmly planted on the Federal tit...there would be a collective sigh, shoulders would fall, and everybody would go back to their shitty day jobs.

So many tentacles of federal control are wrapped around the organization and working apparatus of every state, it would be damn near impossible to pull off without massive ...MASSIVE human sacrifice and plenty of suffering.

Federal Roads and building projects..(read:pork), and their attendant budgets...Poof. Law enforcement...Poof (matching grants), Education dollars..Poof. Medicare and Medicaid..Poof. Food Stamps..Poof, unemployment..poof. There would be immediate trade punishments incurred for anything cross state or international. And there would be an immediate tariff war. Federal dollars for VA hospitals..poof. Farming subsidies..super-poof.

There isnt enough collective will in ten thousand individuals in any state requesting succession to make it past the first hundred days.

I mean for fucks sake..our enlightened pile of human detritus Riots and burns their fuckin cities down when their sports teams WIN! You think anyone will for a second endure any hardship of any kind?

um...no.

And of those three, Texas is the only one that contains enough internal resources and trade to sustain itself. AND...we're the only state that posesses oil refining capacity..And the federal government would not let that resource get away without an extreme military response.

Although we have enough war manufacturing, and not to mention a stockpile of our own newks in Amarillo, f22 and f35 production and helicopter production in Fort Worth, that Texas could put up a fight...for a little while.

But...

Aint...gonna...happen. (Can't happen)
No political will, and too many federal titties being suckled sloppily and greedily.

Its All Bunnies and Unicorn talk.

So how much of that is due to strategic planning by the Feds for 200+ years, and how much of that is due to us stupidly embracing socialism, election after election?

It's not so much about socialism as centralization.

Let the feds get less tax money and control and let the states get more and do more.

Texas would kick ass in a system like that (and I could sell all my natural gas). :alien51:

Yeah, but our taxes don't get to the feds via the states, they come directly from the people via the IRS! :nwo:

Well, duh.

I mean tax reform on the federal level and let states fill in the gap and call their own shots. Not impossible.

it all comes down to the feds through propaganda, lies, deceit (in general), and brainwashing... you think our government STOPPED after refer madness (which we all know is a bunch of lies)? HELL NO, they just got better at it, if you pay attention to whats on TV (with an awakened state of mind) it's blatant and in your face...

this has literally (with the help of pacifiers) crippled and handicapped the last couple generations, now everybody just plays games to get to level 50 herbalism but in the big picture that doesn't even matter... I would much rather get a book, read up on it, go out into a forest and start identifying plants, once I know what it is I might just harvest some and this is much more rewarding than just picking pixelated plants and getting to whatever level...

Vermont is the most likely to be able to Secede and that's more than fact.......and we did it when the States of New York and New Hampshire were fighting over how to divide our obvious natural borders, back in the days of the Vermont Republic.

When the decision was made to back out of the corruptions of the new Union, they waited until there was respect for the inspirations that came from our state to help mold the political ideology of our nation.........we outlawed slavery in 1777........and we had more men die in the Revolutionary wars than that of any other state.......

So what "republic" do you think was spoken about in the pledge of allegiance.......one to the United States......and one for the Republic.....the fourteenth Star..........the Fourteenth state........and a place that has prided itself on its foundation of agrarian self-sustainability, environmental preservation, as well as the innovation found here that is unique in that fact, that it is not corrupted from the megalopolis and their trends through their mainstream media.....

As we say in Vermont............As seen in VT, not on TV.........

All you are looking at LowSix is dollars and ability to sustain themselves based on the monetary system.........Secede and the American Dollar is no longer valid in trade and commerce, and there must be a resolution that equates this loss of revenue

.........you should reconsider the imbalanced political opinions in the states you mentioned, as well as the lack of any Libertarian and 76'ers in those areas in positions of control over the paradigm shift that would be happening during the Secession.

Again there is a mystery here......and I was led to uncover it, concerning the chosen born leader of our Union, and the development of a future paradigm for our country to follow from our ethical decisions and guidance unto the constitutional democracy we have been promised.

There will be no Secession.....unfortunately, someones gonna swing for what happened, and they probably know that I am who I claim to be.........and why there will be no happy ending to this national tragedy.
