If you look at aboriginal ways of life from around the world, they were much more in tune with nature, using what was sustainable making sure natures "larder/pantry" was never exhausted. any tribes still living this way when the colonials were exploring were branded uncivilised because they had no need for superfluous items or money. In fact the greatest downfall of the human race is the move away from barter to a concept that has no true existance (money only exists as a concept, coins and paper money are only an manifestation of this concept). When money started being used selfishness ensued. Granted, civilisations started to grow and so did technology, but greed overtook us and we moved away from being part of the Eco-system to wanting to control it.
Any visitor who looks at our civilisation would probably only see a virus.

Oh yes, every time a date comes and goes with no disclosure we (UFOlogists/believers) are made to look stupid, and the media laughs at "tin foil hat wearers".
I used to be a chef and run a hotel kitchen. and we had a saying "It takes takes 100 people to get a good reputation. But, it only takes 1 to destroy it". I see this every time a date comes and goes our reputation as serious seekers of the truth is being eroded by the PTB.

To be honest if some sort of disclosure DID take place though,ala,an announcement by 'the president of the United States' or whatever,the way we have seen on countless movies,i'd be VERY concerned about that.Governments in my opinion don't EVER do things that are in the best interests of the people whom they are supposed to serve(we all know it is the other way around,unfortunately).....and as for the alien agenda,well they'd be completely overrun with the ethical implications of such an event,hand on heart,puttin myself in their shoes,can't say i blame em given that they have kept this thing secret,well,mainstream thinking for at least 50 years but my own opinion is the alien agenda goes back many thousands of years.
