I believe we would see the GFL before disclosure happens. Which means, it is a farce.

Aliens do exists and you would be silly not to think so. But the government is not going to admit it because it would tell everyone they lied for years and years, and that would be too much for the common know-nothing-but-tv-shows-dumb-ass.

Technically, Mep, that is incorrect. Disclosure already happened. When mankind was at it's best, there is ample evidence to show that E.T. did not hide from humans and even paid cordial visits. The enigma, is that mankind expects their current perspective ruling authorities to admit it and come clean about it. True, that probably won't happen. We had disclosure from E.T., but not our authorities. The sad part is, that most people depend on the authorities/govt.s, as if they have the authority to tell people it's OK to believe.

Hesop it would be nice for our government to come clean and in certain South American countries their hand has been shown by Chilean navy and Brazil for example, through the freedom of information, but for some reason it doesnt carry weight until the USA owns up, why ???

Your statement can also be said for the entire truth movement (in the terms you mention) that includes every conspiracy theory out there (9/11, Kennedy, climategate, Bin laden, Cia, etc) even all your beliefs.

Disclosure has already happened from many countries. The only one not in line is the USA.. I don't need them to disclose their info for something I already know. Mind you it would be the right thing to do for the betterment of mankind.(clean energy etc.)

So to say it won't happen in our lifetime is wrong.. It has to a great degree.

Now all that is left is to push and dig to expose what is left. People like the hackers from Climategate or the Gary McKinnons of the world will one day pry open the lid to bring forth more substantial information than we already know. That may cause more to come out in the wash.
