I haven't looked very deep into this and was wondering how many legends, prophecies, stories, tales, etc revolve around some kind of object in the sky causing cataclysmic disasters here on Earth that also involve some type of strange sound.

I'm wondering just how many tribes, civilizations, etc are out there with stories that are eerily similar. Feel free to add to this post but please don't muck it up with 8 videos or some long copy & pasted internet article giving the full history and story. What I'd like to see, if you add to this thread, is a post on who has the story. The main points of what was said and perhaps a relevant SHORT video if necessary. If the only video is something over 15 minutes long. Please give the time in the video that the relevant information is in.

For example...

Christian Biblical Prophecy
The 7 Trumpets in Revelations

In the Book of Revelation from Chapters 8 to 11 there is what's described as the 7 trumpets. Each trumpet is then followed by some type of event. I'll be concentrating on the first 4 trumpets because that actually describes an even from the skies. The other 3 trumpets, known as the 3 woe's, just foretells on what happens after the first 4 trumpets are sounded.

The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

- This obviously talks of some type of fiery event coming from the sky.

Then...
And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood
;
- After the 'fiery hail' something large that resembles a mountain falls into the Ocean.

Then...
And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

- So we have fiery hail, followed by something larger falling into the ocean. Then a large object falls to earth poisoning some of the water.

And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

After the fiery hail, an object crashes into the ocean, a larger object falls from the sky. The sky was darkened.

The Dogon Tribe and the Bullroar

They speak of a Dark Star, invisible to the human eye, that decides the ebb and flow of life on Earth. The Dogon people consider the humming sound of the Bullroar to be the VOICE OF THE DARK STAR

That's not exactly debunked. Just because there is a scientific explanation doesn't mean that humanity, in our past, tried to warn us an event and that it doesn't exist. Don't get wrapped up in the spiritual side of this. I'm trying to look at this from a scientific viewpoint. If there were a heavenly body coming toward Earth or if it has to do with a normal cyclical shift of the sun/earth, etc. Perhaps a combination of things, that doesn't mean the sounds aren't real.

I'm just curious how many stories out there have to do with strange sounds being heard before an event of some type happens from the skies. Hope that makes sense. For the sake of this conversation I'm not getting wrapped up in religion or whose story is correct. I'm just curious if there are many similar stories out there.

Even today people can view the same event and walk away with two different viewpoints. I'm wondering if the same can be true here.
